Although the plan covered my concerns when it came to canceling my flight it's hard to evaluate the plan and the service it would provide unless an actual claim was made. I can only assume your customer service and the plans worthiness would have been satisfactory.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. You can increase trip cost, and extend travel dates on a comprehensive policy up until one day prior to your departure date. After departure, no changes can be made to a comprehensive plan.Mar 19,2015
