We have invested in CSA insurance for several past trips, including a tour of Scotland, ending on August 6, 2017. We filed a claim once, in 2011, when my husband required unanticipated back surgery a few weeks before a scheduled departure and received outstanding service from CSA so we have continued to enroll with them as we travel. Fortunately, we have not had to file with them again but are comforted that we will be well cared for if the need arises again.
