In these uncertain times it brought us great peace of mind to have this insurance in place in case anything had happened . The fact that it was reasonable price made it an asset.

Claims take 8 to 10 weeks for the initial review and then they will get back to you if they need more information. I shudder to think if their was a real emergency and you needed them ASAP. Actual reimbursement time was less than 4 weeks so review updated.

Fortunately, I didn't have to use my insurance. However, it was easy to buy, reasonable, and covered what I needed. Can't really review the company, since I didn't have to file a claim.

For a quick trip (business and personal), this was an excellent value and worth the piece of mind. Fortunately, we didn't have to file a claim. But the return flight was touch and go for a while, and had we been delayed overnight (which would have been a REAL issue for me), it was nice to know the delay was covered.
