This was a great budget-priced plan. The only thing that concerned me was how your defined "pre-existing condition" since you do not have a way to cover that in this plan. Is a re-occurance of something that happened a year ago excluded?

You are absolutely correct in stating that the CSA Custom is a very comprehensive budget priced plan especially with respect to its "covered reasons" under Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption.
No one can predetermine a claim.
However, if that condition re-occurred within the 180 days prior to the effective date of this policy, then yes, it would most likely be considered a preexisting condition.
In the future, you may wish to call us for assistance in quoting and purchasing a policy. Customer Care is available weekdays from 7:00 AM to midnight ET and weekends 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
It was very easy to learn about and sign up for the plan on your website. I did call with a question about coverage and was answered quickly and professionally.

We like CSA Travel Protection. We have used it many times in the past and have always been quite satisfied with the service. Representatives are very friendly and informative in answering your questions, and the price of the insurance is competitive with other insurance companies. We know from our past experience that they will be there for us if an emergency situation happens while we are on vacation.

Purchased insurance for anything that might happen on my cruise. Thank goodness I didn't need to use it, but will not cruise without it. You never know when something will happen. Better to have it and not need it, then need it and not have it.

Our originally scheduled cruise was cancelled during Hurricane Irma. You allowed us to transfer insurance to the rescheduled date with a slight increase in cost. Most appreciative!
