It is a bummer to know i spent closer to $1000 on an insurance plan that didn't have to cover a penny.
I'm sure i would have thought it was a great deal of i had needed to use of, but i venture to guess that 99 out of 100 clients never need a payout, yet it was compulsory to booking the cruise.

I like the plan because it gives us the peace of mind before and during the trip in case of unforeseen problems come up. It would have cost less if the airline contractor system wasn't malfunctioning on the day I purchased the tickets. Overall, I'm satisfied with the cost & service and will use it again for future trips.
