Travel Insurance Reviews for Nationwide Universal Cruise

While I recommend this plan, my recommendation might be unfavorable if I had filed a claim and was treated unfairly. So as the saying goes, buyer beware.

It covered what I needed, on paper, but I don't know if the coverage was good or bad. I didn't need to make a claim.

Really can’t tell how satisfied you are with the coverage until it is necessary to file a claim and there is no difficulty collecting the coverages you think you purchased.

We take several things into consideration when we compare cost of travel insurance. We look at coverage, price, ratings by previous clients and the overall company rating. This plan was what we needed at a competitive price with a well known company like Nationwide. We will consider them again for our next trip.

We had no problems on the trip and have no claims. It's hard to rate a plan that was not used, but I picked the plan as it seemed to provide the best range of coverage for a cruise.
