The plan covered my trip and paid when I had to cancel. Communication with the company was difficult. I used their online form to start the claim but then the site would never allow me to upload neccessary documents. When I asked for help with this I got no response. I had to attach and email everything and this was cumbersome. Several times I was told they needed the information again, sometimes as often as three times, which required more emails. I got the distinct impression they were trying to wear me down. However, eventually they did pay the claim. I was also surprised to find that they outsourced the claim to a third party. I did not deal with them directly.

This was a big trip that I had to reschedule several times due to covid. Having this plan gave me peace of mind that if anything else went wrong, it was there to help.

It was very nice to have it I was very comfortable just in case I have to cancel my trip I have nothing to worry about. I went on my trip so didn't cancel it all.
