I had a very good experience with the plan and my claim which was paid promptly.
I missed my connecting flight due to weather. I had paid for a non-refundable train ticket which I lost due to the delay, plus 1 day hotel. I provided all the needed documents including one from the airline confirming the delay and I received my covered refund promptly. Again, I was very satisfied with the treatment I received.
