We have always purchased travel insurance to have a peace of mind should something unexpected occurs. Fortunately we did not need to file a claim on this trip. We once had to file a claim about 5 years ago and everything was handled professionally and without any problems. We will continue to buy Travel Guard travel insurance for our future trips.

Hi! Thankfully I didn't have to use the plan, so I can't really give feedback about that, but I was very happy to be able to buy travel health insurance very last minute online. It made me feel less worried about getting sick in Germany during my trip, so thank you!

I needed to get the plan because of the tourist visa I needed to go to Germany. I didn't use the plan and didn't think I would need to, but it was nice to know I was covered if something happened. The plan was perfect for visa requirements and I was able to get my visa because of it. Germany was amazing!

I am close to 70 but very healthy and have never needed any medical assistance. My trips are a minimum of one month overseas and this year was for two months. I wish all my future trips will be the same. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to have all kinds of protection and to feel safe and protected in many ways if needed. For about 15 years I have not needed anything but I felt wonderful with your "envelope" in my pocket. Lucky? Yes, I consider myself very lucky and have enjoyed all my trips tremendously. Thank you.
