When my Mother had a stroke and soon went into Hospice and was brought home to my house, i contacted the travel insurance company to request a refund well before my trip was to start. My mother's doctor provided a letter stating I was her primary care giver. They denied my refund request. I think this is horrible, inhumane and egregious.
