The insurance was useless!!! My trip got cancelled on behalf of the promoter and I filed a claim to get my money back because I insured the trip. MY CLAIM IS WAS DENIED!!!! USELESS!!! Next time use a credit card and will not purchase insurance again.

Thankfully, I did not need to file a claim. Everything went well on my trip. The most important thing about the insurance service is that representatives were extremely helpful and responsive. Excellent customer service

Thankfully, we never needed to file a claim, so I cannot comment on that aspect.
But I CAN comment on the ordering process. I knew that I needed insurance, and I knew a couple of things I wanted the plan to cover. The gentleman on the phone when I placed my order actually listened to me, actually understood what I needed, and recommended a plan that was very affordable and covered all my concerns.

Well to be perfectly honest I can’t really leave a review since I did not have to use any part of this coverage so although I gave it five stars I feel like it’s a false representation if I did not need to use anything. It would be more authentic if I had to use it. I could have then rated. But nonetheless I’m glad that I had it because God forbid if something did happen. You know the saying, I’d rather have it and not need it than not have it and do!

I canceled the trip due to a positive covid test. Called to file a claim, was told it must be done online. The form would not open to file. Called and emailed customer service. The response was not helpful. I did file a claim, then felt with Celebrity to rebook another cruise. I canceled the claim with you. Never received a response.horrible service
