Submitted a claim, was supposed to take 10-15 business days to review, ended up taking over 25 or so, but it was approved the second time I called to check and and speed it up.
It was for $250, but still.. Submitted everything and it was all taken care of, happy we paid for insurance.

I am senior and filed a claim regarding my new luggage (bought over a year ago but didn’t use do to it being large for overhead but purchased for cruises or local travel) being damaged on Norwegian Cruise Line. I was sent a claim firm to fill out with tons of questions. I cannot find the receipt and feel a photo of damaged luggage should suffice.

I am happy we did not need to use it but I felt confident if we needed to cancel or use medical assistance out of the country I felt very safe and covered.

Outstanding company ! We had a trip delay issue - I would never have imagined they would be so efficient in processing my claim. I have dealt with horrible companies from this site in the past, but now I will never go with any other company for insurance needs after this experience. Hopefully we never have to claim again, but their handling was all online, and painless.
