I had a piece of luggage get destroyed by American Airlines. While the process for making the claim was a lot of work, it was approved and I'm pleased with the results.

It was comforting to know that in the event my luggage was lost, or if some other calamity should occur, I would be adequately covered! This was a load off my mind! I would use this service in the future.
