I am senior and filed a claim regarding my new luggage (bought over a year ago but didn’t use do to it being large for overhead but purchased for cruises or local travel) being damaged on Norwegian Cruise Line. I was sent a claim firm to fill out with tons of questions. I cannot find the receipt and feel a photo of damaged luggage should suffice.

They stated you can even get a duplicate receipt or a bank statement when you purchased it, it may suffice as well. I am happy we did not need to use it but I felt confident if we needed to cancel or use medical assistance out of the country I felt very safe and covered.
