Didn't file a claim, so I don't know how well any claims would get paid. But I'd probably use the same plan in the future.

I was really glad to find a trip insurance the was affordable and had the coverage we needed. We take trips to Mexico 2-3 times a year and plan to use Insuremytrip again.

Looks great on website and on paper. But I have never had a claim to file with them. Ultimately, handling of claims is the only thing that matters. Any policy is good until you have a claim; only then do you discover how good it really was.

You never know if it's worth anything until you need it. This is a faith-based purchase.

We had a safe trip, however we saw others whom had accidents. We were thankful we had health travel insurance in place as we found out they did not.

I am glad we didn't have to use the plan! My son was diagnosed with epilepsy about 3 months before we were scheduled to leave on a cruise, and my travel agent didn't warn me that I needed to purchase trip insurance within a particular time period or he may be excluded for preexisting condition. While his epilepsy is 100% controlled by his medication, the other plans I looked at were written in such a way that it was not clear to me whether he would be covered or not. By the time I figured it out, it was too late. Your plan was very clear, and I was happy to find a medical plan that would cover us all if something that was truly an emergency occurred overseas. It gave me the peace of mind I needed.
