I have used this particular business everytime a member of my family travels overseas or stateside. I am very impressed with the prices and commitment this company states. Keep up the good work.

Due to covid-19 outbreaks, my trip was cancelled by the airline and resort. Travelex denied my trip interruption claim. Other than the fact that it took 3 months for them to get back to me (after multiple inquires) but I was looking for a credit towards a future trip - not necessarily a refund. Nowhere was I given that option that BTW my traveling friend who used another insurance company was offered. I will NOT be using Travelex again!!

We lost our home in the California wildfires and the many loops they put us through to try and create paperwork we did not still have as it was burnt in the fire was so very distressing to us. There was little to none empathy from the company. They made us feel that we were not being truthful with them. Will never use Travelex again and will be passing the poor service that we received to all our friends and family.

"We want to thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns and we are sorry to hear about your home being burned in the California wildfires.
Please keep in mind that insurance is highly regulated. In order to validate coverage, completed claim forms and documentation are an important part of the claim process as it relates to the specific conditions, as listed in the plan purchased. Once all documentation was received, the Claim Representative promptly assessed the claim and payment was released on November 20, 2017 (within 6 days). We have confirmed that both checks were cashed in December 2017.
If this information is not accurate, and you did not receive and cash the checks please contact the Claim Administrator at 1-866-968-2061, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-7pm CST."
