We had to cancel our trip due to a very serious health issue. At that point we had only paid the deposit but it was fully refunded in a timely manner. The people we communicated with were very understanding and helpful.

This was my 3rd plan with April. Thank heaven I did not need to use them this time. Everything went very smoothly. Howerver, we did have an interruption on my previous trip and April came through with a complete refund. They were very helpful and reassuring while in a hospital in a foreign country hospital
I felt so insured for this last trip because of my previous need. They came through in every way. thank you April.

PEACE OF MIND!!! I traveled without any worries knowing that I was protected IF needed. It made my trip a lot more enjoyable. I greatly appreciate the help of Vikki with InsureMyTrip.com who was kind enough to explain the coverage in detail. I plan to travel again in the near future, I will definitely be back to use April Travel Protection. I am a 100% satisfied customer.

Although we did not file a claim, it was very nice to have such good coverage for an excellent price. Your policy covered both my husband and me for a 16 day trip with better benefits than the policy the auto club was trying to sell us which was
40% more. Your claims adjuster was kind enough to explain the benefits for me, before I purchased the policy and I would definitely buy a policy from you again for our next cruise.
