As I have not had to file a claim, I believe this plan was the best choice for me at this stage in my life. Medicare does not cover medical claims outside of the USA, so I knew I needed to have a plan that would cover any medical coverage I may need by traveling abroad. The agents were very helpful in explaining the benefits I would have, if an emergency or a medical need would happen while I am traveling abroad. I hope that if I do need to file a claim, that this insurance company will exceed my expectations.

My wife twisted her foot during our trip. We were on a cruise overseas and was not sure how the coverage works on a cruise ship. We sent an email to your customer service department just to inquire the process should we decide to seek medical attention on board. We were disappointed that we didn't receive any response to our inquiry.
Fortunately, my wife was able to self-treat the injury. We didn't need the medical help. This experience caused us to wonder the support we would receive if we ever needed customer service during an emergency.

Good plan but no coverage for cancer related problems. I feel this could be discrimination as you cover for osteoporosis, which can be involved in heath problems.

I hope I don't ever need to file a claim, but this multiTrip plan is exactly what I wanted to give me the peace of mind for international traveling this year. I appreciate the emails received from WorldTrip. I like that their covered by Lloyd's of London.

The assistance I received from your staff was excellent. The woman I used ( I apologize- I can't remember her name- she is outside of Providence, RI) was so helpful. I had some logistics to work with and she was patience and instructive. I would absolutely use them again on a trip.
I felt relieved when I returned knowing I didn't need the insurance, but yet, I was comfortable during the trip
that I had coverage if I needed it.

I found my shopping experience through InsureMyTrip to be eminently simple, straightforward, and valuable. Having purchased a year-long, multi-trip package, I am very satisfied with my selection, as well as the options presented. While I'm glad that there wasn't cause for me to use the insurance on my trip, it was comforting to know that I was covered should anything unfortunate have occurred.

THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE AND THEY ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. HOWEVER THEY DON'T PAY YOUR CLAIMS. I HAVE A DOCTOR'S OFFICE VISIT IN NEW YORK AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN PAY FOR THE PHARMACY EXPENSES. YOU WILL SUBMIT YOUR CLAIMS AND THEY WILL ASK FOR MORE AND MORE INFORMATION. THEY WILL LOSE SOME OF THE INFO AND YOU WILL NEED TO RE-SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM. DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE, YOU THINK YOU ARE INSURED BUT YOU ARE NOT.

We purchased this plan because we were traveling abroad twice - first to Italy and a 12 day cruise in April and then to Norway, Sweden and Denmark the end of August. The day we landed in Oslo Norway we had to take my husband to the hospital because we thought he was having a heart attack. Thankfully, it was not. We traveled the end of August and I am writing this review the first part of November, and we still have not received reimbursement for the medical costs, which should have been covered under this plan. Very poor customer service, no response to phone calls, had to submit the claim forms three times electronically and finally gave up and mailed them in. Would not recommend HCC - Medical Insurance Service Group to anyone!
