Fortunately I did not have to file a claim. It was very easy to buy the plans for my husband and myself and having coverage while traveling relieved is of that worry.

This was something I did not really want but I wanted the piece of mind that if something did happen, I would not need to worry about it.
This plan covered everything I thought I would potentially need coverage for and did in at a very reasonable price.

Fortunately we didn’t need to use the plan, but it was good for our peace of mind. They sent us a lot of useful information before our trip.

I should have downloaded the app, called the company and made sure everything was working properly before i left on my trip.

While in Iceland, my daughter became ill and I wanted information on finding a clinic. I was unable to download the app and my e-mail to customer service was not answered until after i returned home. While on the trip, I was finally able to access information about a clinic through the website. Much frustration entering policy number and personal information repeatedly, with lots of error messages.

Next time I will research clinics and download the app before I leave on the trip. Accessing the info was very time consuming.

there are still a lot of questions I have about these policies that I don't understand.... but will use this company for more trips to come

It was easy to understand the coverage and purchase the plan. Good coverage. Fortunately, I did not need to file a claim but it was comforting to know I had the coverage.
