The claims process was a little complicated given the number of documents required. However, my claim was settled with no dispute. In fact, they even asked if I was missing costs I could have claimed! Overall, a very satisfactory outcome. I will definitely use CSA again.

Your company is terrific. We had to cancel our Alaskan cruise due to a dire medical problem. CSA was very responsive to our refund request, which was processed very rapidly. Thank you for CSA travel insurance! Don't leave home without it!

We experienced significant weather delays on our return flights and had to spend two nights in different hotels - one at airline's expense, one at ours. My claim for the latter was paid promptly and with no hassles. I was very impressed!

Using this site was a breeze. Was able to compare different policies easily and make an informed decision. Thankfully we did not have to file a claim. This is the third time I have used "InsureMyTrip" and have been satisfied every time, including when I had to file a claim.
