Fortunately, we didn't need to use it.

The plans get so much higher as we age. I understand why but it would be nice to have somewhat lower rates for those of us in very good health.

Since we did not file a claim, cannot comment on that aspect but we were happy with the stated coverage. Appreciated the email updates with phone number contact before our trip.

This was the best insurance purchase...one we never used. And that's the best kind to have. It gave us peace of mind knowing it was there should we need it.

I didn't need to file a claim, so can't say how good is the policy. I may recommend to a friend.

Coverage was excellent-cost seems like it goes up exponentially-not incrementally very unfortunate-but-we need insurance-

Obtaining the coverage was easy. Pricing was somewhat better than that offered through the cruise line. Difficult to give a fuller analysis until the day comes (which I hope it doesnt) that we need to make a claim.

We had to cancel our trip because of a long weather delay at the beginning. American Airlines refunded our money. Best Western and Enterprise let us cancel the same day without charging us. The only money we lost was for travel insurance. We wonder whether travel insurance is the best for us. We have always gotten it before, but with airlines changing their policies, travel insurance does not seem a necessity.
