The price was right, and customer service was excellent. I liked the automated e-mails that confirmed coverage and offered the link to file a claim. The trip was fine, and we had no claim. As you read other reviews, make sure claims are being paid! Those reviews are more important than this one. When I picked, I liked what I saw from people who had claims.

Understandably, it takes a while to get forms submitted and I knew upfront that I wouldn't get my money back right away. They were helpful and understanding and it didn't take too long for the pay out.

Excellent service and plan. I purchased this policy for a two week long trip. Unfortunately, during the trip, a non-traveling family member passed away and I had to cut the trip short. When I filed a claim, I provided supporting documentation (including death certificate) and was reimbursed for the full amount of the trip that I missed due to returning home early for the funeral services. Very satisfied.

We booked a trip Feb. 12, 2020 and purchased insurance Feb. 14, 2020. Due to the corona virus we canceled the trip. We called Travelex to make a claim.. The Travelex agent told us the corona virus was NOT a covered reason for trip cancellation, so they would not make any payment.
