Travel Insurance Reviews for Nationwide Universal Cruise

I thought the coverage was good but the cost was quite high. I might reconsider getting it in the future

Took two and a half to process my claim which was caused by the death of a family member. I had difficulty communicating with the company that processed my claim. I will not use this company again.

Customer service was always able to answer questions and explain differences between alternatives. Each company has some nuances that apply only to one choice. A phone call is necessary rather than assuming some details are the same among offerings.

I travel frequently and will add this company to my list to check. Easy to apply I hope they would be easy to deal with claims as well.

I selected the Nationwide Mutual plan to cover our 15 day cruise to Hawaii after comparing it with several other plans. Fortunately we didn't need to file a claim for anything.

Gratefully we have never had to use your policies so I really can't evaluate your policies.

We did not have to file any claim while on this trip but it was reassuring to know Nationwide was at my fingertips with the app downloaded to my phone. I will use them in the future.

I didn’t need to use the plan, but like the security of having the policy in case we needed it.

Difficult to rate insurance until you have the opportunity to use the benefits

Nothing went wrong so this is based on what we bought not how we benefited from it.
