Cruise
My traveling companions cancelled their cruise and we all decided to stay longer in FL. I was disappointed that I could not get another policy for my extended time. This is what I was told. I just don’t understand if I was willing to pay why I wasn’t accommodated.

I didn't have to use it, so not much to report. But it was good to know I had it just in case. It covered the same things and cost half of the insurance through the tour company.

It seemed to have good coverage at a good price. I did not have to use it however, so I am not sure how the customer service or ease of getting reimbursed would be.

We had a trip planned and my mother-in-law became sick with a terminal illness so we can to cancel. April paid the full claim though it took a while due to the hurricanes that had taken place around that same time period. We were satisfied with the service.

We unfortunately encountered issues with our flight that resulted in us being delayed overnight which resulted in additional hotel and other charges. April paid our claim per the terms of our policy, though we felt the assistance we received when we called for guidance and the claim processing time could both be improved.
