They agent was excellent in reviewing the policy. I feel that I received the best policy available. I feel that if there was a problem it would be handled quickly without any problems.

This is at least my third purchase of travel insurance from CSA Travel Protection. I have been extremely satisfied with their customer service, the variety of plans and prices and the knowledge of their representatives. The on-line system is very simple and easy to use but it's also just as easy to call their 800 number and speak with a representative. CSA is available very late in the day and easily reachable. I have been very pleased with my interaction with CSA representatives. I will certainly use CSA again in the future.

I did not file any claim, so I don't know how effective the CSA Travel Protection Custom plan would have been if I had filed a claim.

It is hard to evaluate a product when you don't use it. So we were o.k. with the coverage and very pleased that our trip went off as planned.

It was the least expensive I could find. I have never had to use a policy in the 12 cruises I've taken, but am always worried I will need it. I go with the least coverage I can.
