I liked the policy terms, the coverage and the price was fair compared to others. It gave us peace of mind on our trip which is well worth the money

The plan offers coverage for everything we wanted however, we were fortunate not to need to use it. Can’t really speak to how claims are processed which is the most important part of an insurance policy since we didn’t have to file one.

good price to cover medical needs out of country. no issues paying and getting coverage cards. no issues during trip so no need to file a claim. nice to have a little security just in case. thank you. ill be back for future coverage.

I have enjoyed good customer service from inducer my plan. It is fast with reasonable cost that has good overall coverage.

The plan was expensive! We did file a claim for medical expenses while out of the country. The response was slow, and not very organized. They waited nearly a month to ask for more documentation! Once they received the additional documentation, they did pay the claim.
