Thankfully, I didn’t have to file a claim so did not have a chance to evaluate the plan or people in that instance.

No issues because there wasn’t a claim. Trip in March cancelled for medical reasons and it took almost 5 months for the claim to be satisfied.

I was happy with the level of the medical coverage, especially if helicopter transport would be necessary.
Just be aware, preexisting condition coverage is only offered by carriers if you get coverage within 14 days of you booking your trip.
