I felt it was rather expensive, but I wanted travel insurance so I bought it for my husband and myself.

Fortunately, I didn’t have to use the plan but getting it was easy and peace of mind

Phone convo with a representative in advance of our trip was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable, not rushed, walked me through which options were best for our situation and why. We don't often find that level of customer service these days.

It was easy to purchase and seemed to have the coverage that I needed. Fortunately, I didn't have to make a claim so I can't speak to that.

Thankfully I didn't need to use this. But I could enjoy my trip while not worrying if "something" happened.

Just what I was looking for - Covid coverage where most other plans have fine print that states "sorry, you're out of luck!"

Hard to thoroughly evaluate as I did not have to file a claim. I am an insurance agent, and that's what I think insurance is - something you need, that covers you, and that you hope to never have to use. The price was reasonable for "cancel for any reason" compared to the very limited coverage offered through the airline.

Plan gives peace of mind while traveling. Support staff extremely helpful and courteous when setting up policy.

Best part was being able to talk to a representative! I hate doing stuff online by myself!

We did not have to file a claim. Just the knowledge that we had this plan in place allowed us worry-free travel. We just sat back and enjoyed ourselves.
