Thankfully, I did not have to file a claim, but I felt comfortable knowing that I had good coverage.

Luckily I did not have to use this service but I was glad that I purchased the coverage.
I’m planning another trip next year and will purchase coverage again. The gal that I spoke with on the phone was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable when it came to plan choices.

Fortunately we did not have to use our insurance but it did give us peace of mind should we be sick or injured while on the road!

Fortunately we did not need to make any claims. The cost for the level of protection we chose is significant, but based on a past medical emergency with this coverage it is well worth it.

I liked the security of this plan to have if I needed any health care. thanks for your help

Glad I didn’t need it

My Husband was happy that I had this plan so he did not have to worry while I was away skiing.

I purchased a cancel for any reason policy since this was an expensive trip to Churchill in Northern Manitoba, Canada to see the polar bears. Even though it was extremely cold and icy there, I returned safely and did not require filing a claim with AXA Assistance. I would use them again on future trips.

I took the "cancel for any reason" trip insurance due to my medical conditions, my dog's, and my 90 year-old mother that lives with me. No one really knows what can happen, but having the insurance gave me peace of mind. I did encounter a missed flight due to the cruise scheduling my disembarkment too late and then having a 4 hour delayed flight and missing a connection, but Alaska Air made it right to get me home and had my luggage FED EXd to my home the next day so I didn't need the insurance. But these kind of things happen and would have been a disaster if the flights messed up on the first day of my vacation! Then I would have needed the insurance. I'm definitely buying it the next vacation I take.
