Did not need to use the plan, but I imagine it would’ve been what it says.

Hard to review a product I never used (thank goodness!) but the guide and purchasing process is fairly easy and straightforward. Travel insurance is a necessary evil when traveling these days. Don't leave home without it. (I heard that saying somewhere, wink)

I was misinformed when I took out the policy. I was not told that I would not be covered for cancellation prior to the trip due to illness. My wife and I develop Covid prior to and we were not covered

Due to a grave illness of my wife, this trip was cancelled before departure. I was very pleased that the company provided a voucher for a future purchase in the full amount of our purchase.
(we did not need to file a claim for travel expenses as these were all refunded)

Although I had no need to file a claim (fortunately) I found the prices to be good and the coverage very good. I have another trip coming up this fall and will insure my next trip also!
