We received the full refund to which we were entitled, but it took five months to get it! The cruise was for October, we canceled in August and sent in claims, had to resend information again, and didn’t get our funds transferred into our account until January. Had to call several times to see what the delays were.

Plan was very through and easy to understand Had no need to file claims but felt very much at ease during trip that all aspects of tour were covered Other fractures paid more for same coverage with other companies I will surely recommend this plan
