This plan covered everything we needed for a wonderful trip. We didn't file a claim because everything went amazingly so I don't know how well their customer service is. Definitely, a worthwhile consideration if planning a trip overseas.

Our cruise canceled an Israeli port a week prior to departure. I filed a claim with Nationwide Mutual prior to leaving, and the check was awaiting me when I returned home. Customer service couldn't have been nicer to assist me in the claim.
