Trawick International Safe Travels Voyager
We never had to use it so I can't speak about how well it worked, but we reviewed what it covered before we went and it would have covered the worst case scenario of pretty much everything we came across but never actually happened, so overall, we're completely satisfied. The only way we could be MORE satisfied is if something DID happen and we HAD to use it, but I think I like it better this way.

Our infant got sick while abroad and just couldn't break a fever and wouldn't eat/drink. As much as I didn't want to bring her to the doctor, we did. We had to pay for everything in cash/credit card and hope we would be reimbursed. The process to submit all the receipts/credit card statements was a bit of a hassle, but our claim was reimbursed and I am very satisfied. Actually in retrospect it was easier than dealing with my own health insurance in the USA.

We did not go to Costa Rica and I tried multiple times to get in touch with someone. I thought the point of travel insurance was to help with the cost when you couldn’t go.

This experience couldn't have been easier. We got the coverage we needed as required for entry into Costa Rica, as well as the additional coverage we wanted for our regular expenses. The best part was the separate document provided for upload to the health pass. It made everything so easy. Thank you!
