I purchased trip insurance while booking my trip through the airlines website. I thought the price of the insurance was high but given the cost of the trip I felt it was important. A friend told me about insuremytrip - With insuremytrip I was able to find more comprehensive coverage at a fraction of the cost. Given the lower rate I was leary, however my friend had to use the insurance due to a medical emergency and everything was covered as promised.

I have purchased trip insurance for years, but have never had to submit a claim -- until now. I was worried about the process and getting my money back. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the claim was settled and that I was reimbursed for everything I submitted. I received my claim check in less than two weeks after submitting the claim! I am very impressed.
