I purchased the plan in good faith thinking I will never have to use. Unfortunately my husband Deonarine Prasad fell and broke his leg. I could not get hold of anyone lines busy and long hold times so I gave up. We handled ourselves with medical in India paid out of pocket expenses. With assistance of the airline somewhat we are back home.
I am not one to complain but this was unacceptable

I had purchased travel insurance in the past but never had a reason to file a claim. This was the first time we were filing a claim for travel cancellation due to medical reason and I was a bit skeptical about my claim settlement. However Travelex Insurance put all my doubts to rest.
