For a very small price, I was able to have complete peace of mind that we were covered during our trip. I will definitely use this plan again in the future.

I hope that John Hancock reads customer reviews of there service, especially those who filed a claim. Make it fair and very helpful to people who are seeking financial reimbursement, sometimes companies do not excel in this regard.
