I was happy with the level of the medical coverage, especially if helicopter transport would be necessary.
Just be aware, preexisting condition coverage is only offered by carriers if you get coverage within 14 days of you booking your trip.

The best part of this plan is the fact it is not one size fits all. The options allow you to purchase the coverage you need and not pay for what you don't need. I wish there was more of that going around.

Claim process is too archaic and burdensome. Electronic claim forms don't work. Travel delay coverage is wholly inadequate. Claims personnel are not completely familiar with their process and indifferent re processing claims.
