Bought this very basic plan due having an elderly mother who had been in hospice care for months. She passed away 2 days before the trip was to begin. We filed the claim, provided the requested materials, and a check was deposited in less than 4 weeks. Very easy to talk to and very sympathetic to my situation. Would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

The plan was reasonably priced and provided the coverage I needed.
I did have to file a claim and it was handled fairly and to my satisfaction.
The only negative that I can say is that the correspondence after filing the claim was totally absent, until the claim was approved.
I was not notified that the claim was received, no status of the claim along the way and no real idea as to when it would get reviewed.
Outside of the communication issue, everything else went great.

These plans are designed to pay for peace of mind and that it did. I will never know for sure if it was a good investment, which is a good thing, I think. But I left Florida just a few hours prior to a major storm and devastating flood, as well as an airliner that was delayed due to mechanical problems. So yes, I don't regret buying the policy and it could have best the best spent money this year,

It’s kind of bogus to do a survey on a company that I didn’t have to put in a claim. Therefore, I don’t know their customer service and what they’re really like.
