The plan seemed to provide a lot of coverage at reasonable cost. I filed a claim, and it was painful. Just finding who to call took some time and once I engaged with Nationwide's Claim processing arm / partner (
[email protected]) things went downhill. The routine gathering od nuisance documentation and requests for more and more documentation (some I was unable to get from cruiseline) had me frustrated but I walked away. Gives me serious thoughts about whether it's worth it to buy ANY insurance other than medical coverage on future cruises (I cruise 2 - 3 times / year).
